On our second day, we went to NPC PARK and MARIA CHRISTINA FALLS. I visited the place, April of this year. read about it here: It was a completely different experience from my previous visit. that time I was alone but this time around, I was with the ever noisy, ever game na game, and ever kulit bloggers. perfect!
Sleepy and tired, that's what you get from late nights coffee time and trying to complete a task on wee hours! but the feeling of excitement is much stronger. I took photos, tried to catch some sleep but couldn't as I don't want to miss any moments--fun times. Chit chats over buns of hotdogs and soda and picture taking!
We had our picnic lunch right after the group checked on the NPC park. Sumptious meals were served by our very very generous host for lunch, Jackos grill and kan-anan.
I am not into ziplining, but I just can't say NO. all the while I thought their tree top adventure is the scariest but damn! It was actually so so good! Not the kind of ziplines that you'll get bored in a matter of seconds or the kind that you just want to sleep in with.
The Maria Christina Tree top adventure is unique and very different from the usual zipline adventure here in the Philippines. Adventurers have to hike uphill to the platform that leads to the first leg of the tree top adventure which is a more or less 200-300 meters canopy walk, second would be a zip from one tree to another and lastly, a 2 parts zip across the Maria Christina Falls. Its a one of a kind zipline adventure. Our experience was defenitely worthwhile. Towing around 10 pax of adventurer, our experience surely made it to the books, a tale one can tell.
